Throughout 2012 the Jade String Quartet will present a series of concerts on Sundays at the Pah Homestead, with a focus on famous composers last works written for the string quartet.

Jade String Quartet are Miranda Adams, William Hanfling, Robert Ashworth and Claudia Price, all members of the APO. Together since 2003, they have produced three CDs, and toured with Arts on Tour and Chamber Music NZ. This year the programme focuses on the last string quartets written by prominent composers. Jade will be also joined by distinguished APO musicians Nicola Baker and Annabella Leslie to bring you some rare and beautiful quintets featuring French horn and double bass.
